Thanks Renee, in a salad is how I had them for lunch.Roasted up in a syrup of orange juice, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar & olive oil. Foil over the top of tray roasted @ 220 for 50mins. Sensational!
Oh wow! We are only just putting ours in!I can't go past fresh ones from the garden just grated in a salad - too tasty :)
